We build B2B SaaS products and websites for international teams, mostly US and European, that need to tell sharper product stories, communicate real value, and get users to act. We believe craft and clarity are the same thing.

We started as a boutique studio and today we're leading the charge in product design. From startups like Healthify, Gullak, and The Product Folks, to companies like Meta, Delhivery, and Pixxel - we help teams turn ideas into products that create lasting change across Fintech, Healthcare, Logistics, and Public Infrastructure.

The Role

As a Senior Content Writer, you will own how users understand a product, from the first headline on a homepage to the last nudge in an onboarding flow. You'll bring both strategic thinking and sharp writing to every engagement, and you'll help shape how content works as a discipline at Parallel.

You will work alongside strategists, designers, and product thinkers who care deeply about outcomes. And you'll be the person who raises the bar on what good content looks like here.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Narrative

  • Define content strategy for B2B SaaS products and websites, starting from business objectives, ICP insights, and positioning
  • Build narrative frameworks that help users quickly understand what a product does and why it matters
  • Own content architecture, structure, hierarchy, and flow before a single word gets written
  • Shape messaging platforms that teams can actually use across channels and touchpoints
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated positioning that resonates with US and European enterprise buyers
  • Identify content gaps across the product journey and proactively propose solutions — without waiting for a brief

Copywriting & Execution

  • Write and review content across the full stack: homepages, product pages, onboarding flows, CTAs, microcopy, error states, and long-form
  • Set the quality bar and hold it across every engagement you touch
  • Make language clear, scannable, and built to drive action not just to sound good
  • Review and sign off on content from other team members — knowing when to rewrite, when to redirect, and when to push back on a brief that isn't ready
  • Develop and maintain content guidelines, voice and tone documentation, and reference frameworks that the broader team can work from independently

Team & Practice Leadership

  • Mentor junior and mid-level content designers on strategy, structure, and craft
  • Contribute to how Parallel hires and evaluates content talent
  • Build repeatable frameworks and ways of working that scale content quality across the practice
  • Help the broader team — designers, strategists, PMs — understand why content decisions matter
  • Give feedback that is specific, fast, and actionable — the kind that makes writers better without slowing projects down
  • Represent the content discipline in leadership conversations — advocating for content investment, resourcing, and process improvements

Collaboration & Iteration

  • Partner with UX, visual design, and strategy to make sure content and experience work together from the start
  • Use analytics, user feedback, and testing to refine what's not working
  • Bring a content perspective into project kickoffs, not just handoffs
  • Present content strategy and rationale directly to clients — owning the conversation, not just the document

Requirements

  • 7+ years in content strategy, UX writing, or strategic copy in digital products or agency environments
  • Proven experience working with US or European clients and audiences
  • Fluent in American English, in tone and grammar, not just technically correct
  • A strong portfolio showing content strategy and structured thinking for B2B SaaS products or websites
  • Someone who thinks in systems and flows, not just individual pieces of copy
  • You've influenced product or content direction at a strategic level — not just executed against someone else's brief
  • You can run a content workstream end to end, across research, strategy, writing, and review — without being directed at each step

You Bring

  • You can zoom out to the strategy and zoom in to the word choice and you know when to do which
  • You've led or mentored other writers and know how to give feedback that actually helps
  • You're comfortable owning a content workstream end to end, not waiting to be directed
  • You care about clarity more than cleverness
  • You know how to read a room — whether it's a client kickoff, a design review, or a feedback session — and calibrate your communication accordingly
  • You've seen enough projects to know which problems are content problems and which aren't — and you say so

Nice to Have

  • Experience in agency environments working across multiple clients and industries
  • Familiar with Figma, Webflow, or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of CRO, SEO, and content analytics
  • Experience presenting content strategy to senior stakeholders or clients, and owning that conversation independently
  • Exposure to content localization or adapting messaging for different cultural contexts within English-speaking markets
