SpatialChat is a B2B virtual events and collaboration platform built for modern teams, communities, and enterprises that want more than just another video call. We help organizations create interactive environments that drive real engagement, connection, and outcomes.

Alongside SpatialChat, you will also create content for our sister brands Teemyco (virtual offices & async collaboration) and Pensil (community platform).

Role Overview

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for building high-quality, conversion-oriented content across three brands: SpatialChat, Teemyco, and Pensil. This is not a generic writing role, you will work closely with marketing, product, and sales to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences and use cases.

You will own long-form content (use cases, case studies, blogs), short-form content (social posts, reels scripts), and competitor-informed content that helps us stay sharp in positioning. The role requires strong research skills, fast execution, and the ability to adapt tone and messaging across B2B SaaS products and buyer personas.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality written content for use case pages, case studies, website blogs, and landing pages across SpatialChat, Teemyco, and Pensil
  • Write social media content (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand positioning
  • Develop scripts and concepts for short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) in collaboration with the design/video team
  • Research competitor content, positioning, and narratives to inform comparable and differentiated content for our brands
  • Work with product and marketing teams to translate features into clear customer value propositions and outcomes
  • Maintain content consistency with brand voice, tone, and positioning guidelines across all three brands
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets for distribution across channels
  • Track performance of published content and iterate based on engagement and conversion signals

What We're Looking For
  • 14 years of experience in B2B SaaS, startup, or tech content writing
  • Proven ability to write use case-driven, customer-centric content (not just generic blogs)
  • Experience creating content for multiple brands or product lines
  • Strong research skills to analyze competitor websites, blogs, and campaigns and produce comparable content
  • Ability to adapt writing style for website, case studies, social media, and short-form video scripts
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with tight feedback loops and quick turnarounds
  • Strong collaboration skills with marketing, product, and design teams

Technical Skills Required

Research & Tools:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Competitor research and content benchmarking
  • SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization)
  • Content management systems (Webflow/WordPress or similar)
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console optional but preferred)
