The role

You own Nexcap's content funnel end to end, across every social platform. Hardik Bhatia's Instagram has 215K+ followers. You'll plan, write and manage content that grows the audience and moves followers towards our mentorship and advisory programs.

What you'll do

• Own the full content funnel: content that attracts new audiences, builds trust and drives applications
• Write scripts and hooks for Reels, Shorts and other short-form videos
• Plan and run the content calendar for Instagram and all our other social platforms
• Turn market news, trends and stock market concepts into simple, engaging content
• Repurpose content across platforms in the right format for each
• Use AI tools to speed up research, scripting, editing and repurposing
• Coordinate with video editors and designers so content goes out on time
• Track performance (reach, watch time, engagement, follower growth, leads) and improve based on data
• Keep up with platform trends and what's working in the finance creator space

What we're looking for

• Proven experience writing short-form content, with at least a few viral videos you've scripted
• Stock market knowledge: comfortable with basic concepts, market news and investing terms
• Hands-on with AI tools for content (ChatGPT, Claude, AI video or editing tools and similar)
• Strong writing in Hindi, English and Hinglish
• Understanding of content funnels: how content turns viewers into followers and followers into leads
• Organised enough to manage multiple platforms and deadlines

Good to have

• Experience working with a finance or personal brand creator
• Basic video editing or design skills

What you get

• 30,000–60,000 per month, based on experience
