What we do

Lucidity is a company that provides an automated NoOps disk auto-scaler for cloud storage across AWS, Azure, and GCP. It addresses over-provisioned block storage by dynamically scaling capacity, increasing disk utilization to around 80% from 25-35%. This results in cost reductions of up to 70% for businesses. About the Role

Lucidity is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup solving one of the most frustrating challenges in the cloud: managing storage complexity at scale. Our customers are ITOps, FinOps, and DevOps teams at global enterprises and we're looking for a Technical Marketer & Evangelist to help us tell the story of simplifying cloud storage complexity through automation in bold, credible, and creative ways.

This is a hybrid role that blends technical storytelling, thought leadership, and evangelising efforts across multiple distribution channels. You'll create content that helps prospects understand the why behind our solution, evangelize our mission across channels, help recruit industry influencers, and serve as a go-to expert within the marketing function on modern cloud storage challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Create deep, insightful content Write blogs, whitepapers, explainers, and scripts that resonate with DevOps, cloud architects, FinOps practitioners, and IT decision makers.
  • Build our voice in the market Evangelize the problems we're solving (and our point of view on them) across social media, newsletters, communities, and events.
  • Be our public expert Speak at virtual and in-person events, webinars, and podcasts. You'll help us shape how the market talks about cloud storage management.
  • Support sales and partnerships Act as a subject matter expert, and support demand generation efforts with credible technical messaging and content
  • Collaborate across functions Partner with product, design, and engineering to bring technical accuracy and clarity to everything we publish.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, IT or cloud engineering, or engineering advocacy preferably in B2B SaaS, cloud, or DevOps.
  • A portfolio of credible, high-quality content (written or video) that shows you can educate and influence technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of cloud storage, ITOps, DevOps, or FinOps and the ability to translate that understanding into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills you can explain the why behind a product, not just the what.
  • Comfortable being a public voice whether it's on social media, webinars, or stage presentations.
  • Bonus: experience collaborating with sales teams or working closely with enterprise buyers.
