Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Writer with deep expertise in LinkedIn copywriting to create compelling, high-impact content for executives, brands, and thought-leadership platforms. This role requires someone who understands LinkedIn growth, storytelling, audience psychology, and platform algorithms, and can translate complex ideas into engaging content that drives visibility, engagement, and authority.

In addition to LinkedIn, the writer should be comfortable producing long-form blog content, social media posts, marketing copy, and structured content for business reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Content & Thought Leadership

  • Write high-performing LinkedIn posts for founders, executives, and brands.
  • Develop content strategies and posting calendars aligned with personal branding and business objectives.
  • Craft story-driven posts, industry insights, carousels, and engagement-focused content.
  • Optimize posts for LinkedIn algorithm performance, readability, and virality.
  • Repurpose insights, case studies, and conversations into compelling thought-leadership content.

Social Media Copywriting

  • Create engaging Instagram captions, Twitter/X posts, and multi-platform social media copy.
  • Write carousel content, hooks, and storytelling-driven posts designed to increase engagement.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across platforms.

Blog & Long-Form Content

  • Write SEO-optimized blog posts and articles on business, technology, startups, and industry trends.
  • Conduct research and synthesize complex topics into clear, structured narratives.
  • Ensure content is well-structured, insightful, and authoritative.

Business & Corporate Content

  • Write and edit content for reports, presentations, case studies, and business documents.
  • Support the creation of thought-leadership articles, whitepapers, and executive communications.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate insights into clear, professional narratives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or social media writing.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn content creation and personal brand content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling frameworks, hooks, and engagement mechanics.
  • Ability to write across formats: short-form social posts, long-form blogs, and business content.
  • Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, social media trends, and digital content strategy.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience writing for founders, executives, consultants, or B2B brands.
  • Knowledge of SEO writing and keyword optimization.
  • Familiarity with content tools such as Notion, Google Docs, Grammarly, and AI writing tools.
  • Experience supporting content for pitch decks, consulting reports, or business presentations.
