We are looking for someone who can write clearly, naturally, and with a genuine essence. If you have that, we will teach you everything else.

What this internship actually is

This is a paid internship with a structured 6-month learning plan. From day one, you will be writing content for real projects. Over six months, we will train you in SEO writing from the ground up, keyword intent, content structure, on-page optimisation, writing for conversion and everything a performance-driven content writer needs to know.

Keep in mind: We will not be teaching you grammar, sentence flow, or how to be creative. That needs to come naturally. What we will teach you is how to make your writing rank, perform, and convert.

What we are looking for

You write well, clearly, confidently, and without being told how. Your sentences flow. Your ideas are organised. You do not need to be perfect, but you need to be genuinely good.

You are hungry to learn - SEO writing is a skill that takes time to develop, and we are committed to developing it with you, but only if you are equally committed to showing up and putting the work in.

You are consistent - this role requires someone who treats it like a profession, not a hobby. If you are the kind of person who works two days and disappears for three, this is not the right opportunity.

You want to grow - not just in this role but in your career. The best performers will have real opportunities to move into a full-time position within the agency.

Important to know

Consistency for learning is non-negotiable here. 

Violations of professional conduct or persistent absence will result in termination of the internship.
