Job Title: Content Writer Intern

Department: Marketing & Communications

Location: Fortune Institute of International Business, New Delhi

Reporting To: Marketing Manager Head

Overall Purpose of the Role

This role requires a responsible and enthusiastic individual who can work both independently

and collaboratively. The Content Writer Intern will support internal functional teams by creating

and presenting content that aligns with the organization's marketing and communication

objectives. The role will contribute to building a consistent brand voice and strengthening the

company's digital presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Content Writer Intern will assist in developing content that reflects the brand identity and

supports marketing goals. Key responsibilities include:

Assist in planning and executing a content strategy to drive audience engagement.

Create written content for multiple digital and print platforms such as websites, blogs,

newsletters, brochures, and social media posts.

Participate in updating website content as required.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and develop relevant, accurate

content.

Support proofreading and editing tasks to ensure high-quality and error-free content

before publication.

Educational Background

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism,

Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Desired Skills and Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic understanding of content research using reliable sources.

Familiarity with digital writing formats or web publications.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines and follow brand guidelines.

Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress) will be an added

advantage.

A portfolio of writing samples (academic, blog, or published content) is preferred but not

mandatory.
