About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and research-driven Technical Content Writer with 0 - 1 years of professional writing experience. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. The role demands excellent writing skills, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to adapt tone and style as per brand guidelines and target audience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, case studies, social media, newsletter and marketing collaterals.
• Research industry trends, Salesforce, Odoo, and digital transformation topics to craft thought-leadership content.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver content aligned with business goals.
• Ensure content consistency, proofreading, and adherence to brand voice.
• Repurpose content across formats to maximize visibility and engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

• 0 - 1 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably in IT/tech domains.
• Strong English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (Wix, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Odoo, or cloud technologies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
