Content Writer Intern (Ahmedabad)

About the Internship

We are looking for a Content Writer Intern to support end-to-end content creation for US-based lifestyle websites. This internship focuses on non-technical, editorial-style content across niches such as jewelry, antiques, vintage items, collectibles, and lifestyle topics.

This is a hands-on internship designed for candidates who want real-world experience writing content for a US audience, learning SEO-driven publishing, and building a strong portfolio.

Internship Details

• Internship Duration: 6 Months
• Stipend: 15,000 per month
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:30 PM IST (8.5 hours/day)
• Weekends: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
• Mode: On-site
• Office Address:
• PNTC, Times of India Press Road, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad
• Internship Certificate & Experience Letter: Provided only upon successful completion of the full 6-month internship

Post-Internship Opportunity (PPO)

Upon successful completion of the internship and performance evaluation, interns may receive a full-time placement offer with a salary range of: 25,000 30,000 per month

Early performers will also have opportunities to grow into senior or team-lead roles as the on-site content team expands.

Important Note on Internship & PPO

We are looking for candidates who view this internship as a long-term learning opportunity and are open to transitioning into a full-time role upon successful completion.

If you are applying only for short-term internship experience and are not interested in a Post-Internship Placement Offer (PPO), please mention this clearly in your application so we can plan accordingly.

Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to accept and join under a PPO offer, if extended.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Write original, human-written (non-AI) content for US-based lifestyle websites
• Create engaging, informative, and natural US English content (conversational, not robotic or academic)
• Conduct basic research to ensure accuracy, originality, and reader value
• Optimize content for SEO best practices (keywords, structure, internal linking)
• Proofread and edit content written by other team members when required
• Format and publish content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Meet deadlines while maintaining consistent quality across projects

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong writing skills in US English
• Ability to write naturally and conversationally
• Background in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content structure
• Good research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply
