Key Responsibilities -

1. Content Strategy & Creation

• Write and optimise compelling long-form and short-form content designed for search rankings and AI-driven discovery.
• Develop high-impact content for integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create engaging employer branding content including employee stories, campus outreach communication, leadership messaging, and recruitment campaigns.
• Draft thought leadership articles, success stories, landing page copy, ad copy, and video scripts.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Sider, etc.) to enhance research, outlines, and content velocity.

2. SEO & Digital Content

• Support SEO initiatives through keyword-optimised content creation and on-page optimisation.
• Conduct content research and competitor benchmarking to identify relevant trends and opportunities.
• Optimise website content to improve talent attraction, and organic visibility, engagement, and candidate inquiries.

3. Social Media & Communication

• Manage and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with design and branding teams to create integrated campaign communication.

4. Employer Branding & Engagement

• Develop content for employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders: Scope includes employee engagement, campus outreach, alumni relations, employer reputation management, memberships & associations, and referral-driven hiring campaigns.

5. Internal Communication & Events

• Create communication for internal events, campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership communication.
• Support internal branding initiatives through engaging and culture-driven communication.

Essential Functions -

• Excellent written English with strong editing and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO-driven content writing and ranking factors.
• Proven ability to write for website pages and candidate-focused journeys.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools for modern content workflows.
• Ability to repurpose content efficiently across channels and formats.
