A Bold Pen

- To make content trend

Someone who can translate hair science into snappy, witty, powerful Hinglish the youth actually cares about.

What You'll Own

- Conceptualise and write thumb-stopping Reels, Ads, Carousels, Landing pages, Video scripts

- Build a strong brand voice that feels young, smart & science-backed

- Understand design + video execution and write for motion not for paragraphs

- Collaborate with designer & founder to bring ideas to life

- Work on campaign ideas, hooks, angles that improve CTR, watch time & conversions

- Help shape the brand playbook for tone, storytelling, and communication

Your Strengths

- 5 months to 1 year of writing experience for a youth-first, digital-first brand/agency

- Fluent in Hinglish communication for short-form content

- You know what performs on Instagram / Meta Ads / YouTube Shorts

- You think in hooks story CTA

- Able to brief designers, understand layouts, and visual thinking

- A natural storyteller sharp with words, fast with ideas

Extra brownie points if you have:

- Experience in beauty, wellness, personal care

- Understanding of consumer psychology / trends

• - A portfolio with reels, ads, scripts, or short-form storytelling

Direct Mentorship from the Founder: You will work directly with me, Saksham Bajpai. I will personally mentor you, sharing insights from performance based ads, how marketing for a consumer brand works.
