Role Overview

We are looking for a Capital Markets Content Lead who will be responsible for developing highnquality

content and collateral used for IPO origination, promoter education, intermediary engagement and investor

communication. This role will work closely with the Investment Banking, Business Development and Digital

Marketing teams to create professional material that supports deal sourcing and capital market advisory

activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop IPO advisory presentations and promoter pitch decks

Create IPO readiness guides, valuation case studies and process roadmaps

Prepare intermediary collateral for CA firms, consultants and corporate advisors

Develop sector insights and capital markets reports

Create investor teaser templates and deal marketing documents

Support webinars, seminars and digital campaigns with professional content

Maintain a centralized library of marketing and advisory collateral

Work with the digital marketing team to convert content into articles, newsletters and thought leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 48 years in financial content creation, equity research, consulting, or capital markets.

Education: MBA / CA / CFA preferred.

Skills: Strong financial understanding, storytelling ability, presentation design skills, and ability to simplify

complex capital markets concepts for promoters and intermediaries.
