Content Writer

Location: On-site, Surat, Gujarat

We are looking for a Content Writer who understands content, storytelling, and brand communication. The role involves creating and managing content across social media, LinkedIn, PR, and corporate communication while maintaining a consistent brand voice. The candidate should have strong proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati and be able to develop high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content across communication platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Writing & Management

• Create and manage content for social media, LinkedIn, websites, campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Write SEO-optimised captions, posts, articles, newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Write content for PR, corporate communications, announcements, leadership communication, and events.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Transcribe and adapt audio/video conversations into written content where required.

2. Storytelling & Brand Communication

• Develop strong stories around the brand, people, initiatives, events, and business.
• Understand the brand voice and communicate ideas in a simple, engaging, and meaningful way.
• Turn information, conversations, and complex ideas into clear and engaging content.

3. Collaboration & Content Planning

• Work with Media, Marketing, Design, Video, HR, and other teams on communication requirements.
• Manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, social media, storytelling, and brand communication.

Should Have:

• Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati, both written and spoken.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of content and the ability to adapt it for different platforms and audiences.
• Good research skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of digital content and SEO.
• 0–2 years of experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Journalism, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or Media is preferred. Freshers with strong writing skills and a good portfolio are welcome to apply.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
