About the roleWe're looking for a skilled content writer who understands the IT and software services space. You'll craft compelling copy across blogs, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media — helping drive awareness and leads across our service verticals. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate complex tech concepts into clear, persuasive content.
Key responsibilities
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and thought leadership content for IT/software services audiences
- Produce landing page copy, email sequences, and outbound messaging for lead generation campaigns
- Develop case studies, white papers, and capability decks in collaboration with delivery teams
- Write and maintain social media content (LinkedIn, X/Twitter) aligned to brand voice
- Edit and proofread content across formats for clarity, tone, and accuracy
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience personas to inform content strategy
- Coordinate with designers to brief creatives and ensure copy-visual alignment
- Meet editorial calendars and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

What we're looking for
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical decision makers (CTOs, Ops leads, agency owners)
- Comfortable working across multiple verticals — Healthcare, Agency, Non-Profit, Mortgage, and more
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and take ownership of content pipelines
- Familiarity with content metrics (traffic, CTR, open rates, conversions) and iterating based on data
- Portfolio with at least 3–5 published IT/tech content samples
Work Style & Environment
- Office-based Role: The position requires working from the office, collaborating in real-time with the team.
- US Shift Coordination: Flexible work schedule in line with US-based hours, allowing for cross-functional team coordination across different time zones.
