Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Writing:
    • Develop high-quality, engaging, and plagiarism-free content for the school website, blog, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
    • Write creative and SEO-optimized copy for promotional campaigns, email marketing, and digital ads.
    • Create thought-provoking articles, press releases, and features about the school's events, achievements, and student success stories.
    • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to produce accurate and informative content.
    • Proofread and edit all written materials to maintain the school's tone and quality standards.
Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize social media presence.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies.

Digital Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote admissions, events, and other school initiatives.
  • Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize ad performance and content based on campaign analytics.

Photography And Videography Coordination

  • Work with the creative team to produce captivating visuals, videos, and infographics for social media and the website.
  • Attend key school events to capture content (photos and videos) for use in marketing materials.

Community Engagement

  • Organize and promote online events, webinars, and interactive campaigns to boost parent and student engagement.
  • Engage with alumni, parents, and students through online channels to build a strong digital community.

Brand Management

  • Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all content and platforms.
  • Ensure that all communication aligns with Glendale Academy's vision, mission, and values.
