Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Instructional Designer / Content writer – Fresher with strong writing skills, keen interpretation abilities, and a creative mindset to visualize engaging learning content. This role is ideal for someone who can transform ideas and raw content into clear, interactive, and learner-friendly experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Mass Communication, Education, or related fields (freshers welcome).
• Strong writing, editing, and interpretation skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to visualize concepts for multimedia and eLearning formats.
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and interpret complex concepts into simple, engaging learning content.
• Develop instructional scripts, storyboards, and course outlines for eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Collaborate with visual designers and multimedia teams to bring learning concepts to life through graphics, animations, and interactive elements.
• Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric, outcome-focused training materials.
• Research and suggest creative approaches to make content engaging, relevant, and visually appealing.
• Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives.
