Content Writer

Responsibilities:

• Content writer is responsible for writing content for the brand and its products for various offline and online publications.

• Create / write new content for assist marketing campaigns.

• Research industry-related topics.

• Write marketing copies to promote the brand and its products.

• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.

• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles for images to go in articles.

• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.

• Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.

• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) of the content.

• Update website content as needed.

Experience

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, copywriter or a similar role.

• Portfolio of published articles

• Experienced in doing research using multiple sources

• Familiarity with web publications.

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English

• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress).

• Bachelor's degree in journalism / mass communication or BA / MA in English literature.
