Job Title: Content Writer for a digital Marketing co at Chennai

Location: Saligramam, Chennai

CTC: ₹3.60 LPA

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team at a leading company in Chennai. If you have a passion for storytelling, strong writing skills, and an eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

  • Develop clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, websites, landing pages, and social media platforms.
  • Create compelling copy for advertisements, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.

2. SEO Optimization

  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Optimize content to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to align content strategies.

3. Research & Ideation

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics.
  • Generate innovative content ideas based on trends, audience insights, and business goals.
  • Stay updated on content trends and competitor activities.

4. Editing & Proofreading

  • Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintain high standards of grammar, tone, and formatting.

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, marketers, and social media teams.
  • Support content planning and editorial calendar development.
  • Incorporate feedback and revise content as needed.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in content writing or copywriting in any advertising/Digital Marketing agency preferred..
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is an added advantage.
