Role Description The Content Writer role at DrapCode is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the Content Writer develops clear, accurate, and engaging content that explains DrapCode's healthcare application services, security standards, and value proposition to health-tech clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and editing web pages, blog posts, case studies, marketing copy, and documentation; conducting research on healthcare technology, compliance, and industry trends; and shaping content that supports sales, customer success, and product teams. The Content Writer collaborates with designers, engineers, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and to maintain a strong, trustworthy brand voice. The role requires managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and continuously improving content based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, accurate, and engaging content for digital channels.
• Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs.
• Proficiency in Research to gather and synthesize information on healthcare, compliance, and technology topics.
• Excellent Proofreading skills and attention to detail to ensure error-free, consistent content.
• Experience writing for B2B technology or healthcare audiences is highly beneficial.
• Strong command of written and verbal English, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment in Noida and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with SEO/AEO best practices, content management systems, and basic analytics tools is a plus.
