Key Responsibilities:
- Write catchy, creative, and on-trend video scripts for Instagram Reels.
- Use trending audio, memes, hooks, and transitions to make content go viral.
- Adapt scripts to match the tone and personality of different influencers.
- Brainstorm creative storytelling ideas that educate and entertain.
- Highlight key product benefits in a natural and engaging way.
- Write script variations for different skin concerns or influencer types.
- Collaborate with video/design teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Keep up with the latest Instagram trends in the beauty space.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience writing short-form scripts for Instagram or influencer UGC.
- Strong grasp of what makes content go viral hooks, pacing, tone.
- Fluent in conversational English, Gen Z lingo, and meme culture.
- Creative thinker who can turn simple skincare facts into engaging content.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and personal care.
- Ability to work fast and meet tight deadlines.
- Past work with D2C or skincare brands.
- Experience working directly with influencers or creator agencies.
- Knowledge of skincare trends, ingredients, and common skin issues.
