Role Overview:

We are looking for a Content Writer who will be able to hit the ground running using secondary research techniques to gather information and draft articles, press releases, blogs, newsletters, company reports, and various other research products from relevant and qualified sources, and generate client-focused research content, briefings and profiles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source and curate relevant industry news stories online using standard internet search tools

Write, edit, and proofread articles for website publication with strong adherence the style guide

Should understand and comprehend the latest trends and news across industries, and subsequently tweak editorial content to make it crisp and easy to read

Conduct research (secondary research), gather information from relevant and qualified sources and generate client-focused research reports, briefings, and profiles for the Industry vertical in the concerned region

Deliver high quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision; identify risks/issues and escalate to the project leads in a timely manner

Must Have Skills:

Strong Business English - written and verbal communication

4+ years of writing and editing experience with a digital Marketing Agency background.

Ability to independently conduct comprehensive secondary research

Should be well conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Should have a high attention to detail and ability to multitask between different projects

Familiarity with international markets (UK, Europe and US); knowledge about gathering information through appropriate credible sources

Good speed in reading, comprehending, looking for newer and different sources of information, selecting relevant material, assimilating and structuring information

Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment in client-facing situations

Should have an analytical mind to draw meaningful conclusions from researched matter; and ability to articulate the findings

Ability to review the work of researchers and content writers
