Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Content Writer at Decode Mediacom. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented writer who can craft compelling content aligned with brand tone and business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of language, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to adapt writing styles across formats and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and original content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, ad copies, emailers, and marketing collaterals.
• Work closely with the design, marketing, and strategy teams to develop cohesive brand narratives.
• Understand client briefs and convert ideas into clear, impactful content.
• Ensure all content is brand-consistent, grammatically accurate, and audience-focused.
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, tone, and performance.
• Stay updated with content trends, industry best practices, and SEO fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ year of professional content writing experience (agency experience is a plus).
• Excellent command over written English with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Ability to write for multiple formats, brands, and tones of voice.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
