Content Writer- D2C (FMCG)

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to create engaging and brand-focused content across social media, websites, marketing campaigns, performance ads, and digital communication platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, creativity, and understanding of audience engagement within a fast-paced D2C/FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging content for social media posts, captions, blogs, website content, product descriptions, and marketing campaigns

• Create content for Instagram, Meta Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers, and branding communication

• Develop creative hooks, storytelling concepts, and trend-based content ideas

• Coordinate with social media, performance marketing, and creative teams for campaign execution

• Write SEO-friendly and audience-focused content for digital platforms

• Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience behaviour regularly

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and content formats

• Support script writing, campaign ideation, and influencer content whenever required

• Proofread and edit content before final publishing

• Create engaging and conversion-focused content aligned with marketing objectives

Requirements:

• Strong command over written English and Hindi

• Good understanding of social media trends, branding, and digital communication

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content structuring ability

• Ability to write engaging, crisp, and audience-focused content

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred

• Experience writing social media, ad, website, or marketing content preferred

• Basic understanding of SEO and performance-focused content is an added advantage
