About the Role

We need someone who can think fast, write sharper, and sell ideas without turning every line into a Shakespeare audition. You'll work with clients, designers, and strategists to create copy that gets attention, earns clicks, and occasionally makes someone forward it to their boss with We should do this.

What You'll Do

• Write clear, persuasive copy for ads, social media, videos, websites, and campaigns
• Translate brand objectives into messages people actually understand
• Ideate concepts and hooks that don't sound like recycled Pinterest quotes
• Edit your work with precision, but know when to stop polishing and ship the damn thing
• Collaborate with creative teams without turning feedback sessions into therapy

You're Right for This If You

• Have excellent grammar, but aren't enslaved by it
• Can switch tone and style based on brand, platform, and audience
• Understand human behavior enough to know why people scroll, stop, or buy
• Write for impact, not word count
• Can hit deadlines without melodrama
