About the Role:
This role is best suited for aContent Writer with formal training in Carnatic or Hindustani Music to support our course development team. In this role, you will work closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to create clear, well-structured, and engaging learning content for our digital education platform.
The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a deep understanding of classical music, and the ability to organize and manage content across different stages of course creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Write clear, learner-friendly instructional content that ensures clarity, structure, and learning retention.
Support curriculum design for performing arts courses-beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Adapt and restructure existing content for different audiences, including young learners, advanced students, and institutional or B2B clients.
Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and instructional flow across all course materials.
Research and work closely with trainers and subject matter experts to convert concepts into easy-to-understand learning content.
Coordinate with external collaborators and contributors to collect lesson plans, recordings, content inputs, and revisions.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and delivery of course materials.
Develop and document simple, clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs covering course creation, review, publishing, and delivery.
Maintain organized documentation for easy reference and future scalability.
Assist in planning course development timelines and tracking progress across different stages.
Collect feedback from learners, trainers, and internal teams and refine content to improve learning outcomes and course quality.
