Role Overview

At God Particles, we build brands that connect with culture, people, and real behaviour — not just platforms. As a Content Writer / Copywriter, you will track trends, decode audience behaviour, and translate insights into sharp, relevant, and high-impact content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands what people stop and read, what makes content travel, and how storytelling drives brand recall.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Track current trends, cultural moments, and platform shifts across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging formats.
  • Translate trends into brand-relevant content ideas.
  • Write content that connects with people, not just algorithms.
  • Create sharp, context-aware social media copies, captions, and hooks.
  • Understand what works now — formats, tone, timing, and audience behaviour.
  • Research markets, audiences, and competitors to ensure content stays relevant and differentiated.
  • Develop content ideas that improve reach, engagement, and recall.
  • Write ad copies that are insight-led, not template-based.
  • Collaborate with strategists and designers to build campaign-driven content, not isolated posts.
  • Observe performance trends and refine writing based on what actually works.
  • Contribute actively to brainstorming, trend discussions, and content planning.
  • Use AI tools smartly to explore ideas, structure thoughts, and accelerate ideation — without losing originality.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice while adapting style across different industries and audiences.
  • Stay curious about people, brands, culture, and changing digital behaviour.

What Will Help You Succeed Here
  • Strong instinct for what people will stop and read.
  • Ability to spot patterns in content that travels.
  • Comfort switching between emotional, sharp, minimal, and conversational tones.
  • Awareness of Indian market behaviour, especially regional & urban audiences.
  • Branding / advertising agency experience is a strong advantage.

Experience

2+ years (Branding / advertising agency background preferred)
