ConsciousLeap is looking for a Full-time Writer/Instructional Designer to join its Product Team to take its product offerings to the next level.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding and adapting a framework into student-friendly content in text and in video form
• Content production and management
• Writing instructional text, audio and video scripts.
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product

The ideal candidate should have experience in the Ed-tech sector along with:

• A deep interest in wellbeing, academics, and pedagogy
• Experience in Instructional Design
• Experience in Curriculum Development for learners between the ages of 10-21
• Experience in creating online course content from the lens of UI design for technology and app platforms
• Creative thinking that is effortlessly communicated in writing with a relatable voice
• The ability to use insights to bring the organization's vision to life
• Be detail-oriented and understand the iterative nature of the production process
