About The Role:
- Own Tint Tone & Shade's brand presence across Instagram and LinkedIn end-to-end
- Translate brand vision into content that feels premium, sharp, and trust-first
- This is not just content creation — this is brand building
- Every piece of content you create reflects a premium brand — that standard is non-negotiable
What you will own
- Instagram — ideation, scripting, posting, captions, and stories
- LinkedIn — brand voice, culture storytelling, and thought leadership
- Ad scripts — write high-conversion scripts for paid campaigns across platforms
- Content calendar — plan, execute, and stay consistent
- Weekly analytics — track performance, identify patterns, and apply learnings fast
What we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation
- Experience managing a brand account or working in a creative agency — preferred
- Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for tone and positioning
- Ad script writing experience is a plus
- Treats analytics as a habit, not a task
- High ownership — thinks, executes, and improves without constant direction
- Based in Chennai
