• Create high-quality content: blog posts, web copy, case studies, social media, ad copy, email campaigns for D2C, B2B/B2C clients especially for US/international markets.
• Develop core messaging pillars, creative angles, hooks, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and business goals (like ROAS, CAC, conversions).
• Build clear creative briefs, storyboards, content frameworks and UX direction for the production and design team ensuring every output is aligned with strategy and brand identity.
• Develop and maintain continuous creative test plans across hooks, formats, messages, and platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Build end-to-end growth-marketing proposal decks: structure narrative (Challenge Insights Strategy Execution Impact), present channel strategy (paid media + creative), audience segmentation, funnel design, budgets and messaging.
• Research market, audience, trends; use insights to shape content that resonates.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, client-servicing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns balancing independent output with teamwork.
• Meet deadlines and handle multiple deliverables you'll be 6070% individual contributor, 3040% working with the team.

• Excellent written and verbal English, with strong grammar, clarity and storytelling.
• Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) in content writing/strategy for D2C, B2B/B2C or performance-marketing clients global/international exposure is a plus.
• Strategic mindset: able to think ahead, plan content aligned with goals, and adapt based on feedback or data.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-velocity agency environment, meeting tight deadlines, handling multiple projects.
• Good understanding of digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), their formats and what works plus willingness to stay updated on trends and platform-specific intelligence
• Team-player attitude with good coordination and communication skills; readiness for client-facing responsibilities if needed.
• Initiative, ownership, and drive you care about outcomes, not just tasks.

Nice-to-haves (not mandatory): SEO / CMS experience, familiarity with analytics or content-performance metrics, prior work with international clients.
