We offer a unique, 18-year support model, including 5 years post-Grade 12, and provide scholarships for undergraduate studies, all completely free of charge.

Job Description

The development associate will play a crucial role in supporting the fundraising efforts of Christel House India. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities including :

Key Responsibilities

Donor Lead Generation

Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing

Donor Reporting & Management

Content creation & Communication

Corporate Volunteer Coordination

Event Management

Administrative & Reporting

Qualifications:

Master's/ bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, communications).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor management software's.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Salary: Based on experience

Experience : 4-5 yrs of experience in related field.

Location: This role is based in Bangalore. Candidates currently residing in Bangalore or with a strong understanding of the city's donor network will be at an added advantage.
