About The Role
We are looking for a versatile and strategic
Writer to craft compelling narratives across all brand touchpoints. You will be responsible for defining the brand voice in native formats, with a heavy focus scripting for social media content, engaging social media copy, and long-form content including press releases and articles.
The ideal candidate is proficient in using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and ideation, while ensuring all content remains high-quality, authentic, and perfectly aligned with our brand aesthetic.
Core Responsibilities
- Write high-retention scripts and platform-native social copy tailored to audience behaviour and engagement patterns.
- Translate complex clinical and strategic ideas into clear, emotionally resonant brand narratives.
- Develop long-form thought leadership, articles, and press materials that build credibility.
- Use AI tools to accelerate topic research, outline development, and first-draft generation, and to align it with platform-first performance principles.
- Partner with designers and editors to ensure messaging aligns with visual and campaign direction.
- Contribute to campaign ideation, content themes, and storytelling direction beyond just copy.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: Strong professional writing experience in an agency or corporate marketing environment.
- YouTube Proficiency: A strong portfolio demonstrating successful YouTube scripts and a deep understanding of native video storytelling.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in using AI tools for writing efficiency, including:
- Drafting Editing: ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper.
- Research Synthesis: NotebookLM, Perplexity.
- Editing : Grammarly Hemingway
- Versatility: Proven ability to switch seamlessly between sharp social copy and formal press releases.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and formats.
