About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Content Writer with strong expertise in creating high-quality content related to
software testing, test automation, and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will have a passion for simplifying technical concepts, an understanding of testing frameworks, and the ability to create engaging, insightful, and technically accurate content for a variety of audiencesQA professionals, developers, and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan, and develop original content focused on testing and test automation (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, social posts, website content, email campaigns, etc.)
- Create technical guides, product documentation, and thought leadership articles that highlight innovations in GenAI, low-code/no-code test automation, frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, etc.), and QA best practices
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to understand product features, updates, and customer pain points, and translate them into impactful content
- Repurpose technical material into simplified explainers, infographics, and demo scripts for multiple formats (presentations, videos, webinars)
- Ensure all content is technically accurate, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand voice and positioning
- Stay updated on industry trends in QA, automation, and DevOps to create timely, relevant, and competitive content
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Writer in the software testing / test automation / QA domain
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks, automation tools, and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, WebDriverIO, Cypress, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt tone for technical and business audiences
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and actionable content
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
- Bonus: Experience in creating video scripts, demo content, or developer documentation
