About The Role
We're seeking experienced content writers to create SEO-optimized educational content that ranks well in search engines and provides value to our audience. You'll write blog posts, guides, and website content across various educational topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts and articles (1500-5000 words)
- Research and create content on educational topics, parenting, child development, and online learning
- Conduct keyword research and incorporate target keywords naturally
- Follow SEO best practices for content structure, headers, and internal linking
- Write compelling meta titles and descriptions
- Adapt tone and style for different audiences (parents, students, educators)
- Research and fact-check all information from credible sources
- Optimize existing content for improved search rankings
- Collaborate with SEO team on content strategy
- Meet content deadlines and production targets (target: [X] articles per week)
- Stay updated on education trends and industry news
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of professional content writing experience
- Proven portfolio of published articles (preferably in education, parenting, or related niches)
- Strong understanding of SEO writing principles
- Excellent research and fact-checking skills
- Flawless English grammar and writing mechanics
- Experience with WordPress or content management systems
Preferred Qualifications
