Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Ahmedabad. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating web content, developing and executing effective content strategies, conducting in-depth research, and producing high-quality written materials. The role will also involve proofreading and refining content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the team to produce engaging and relevant content that strengthens brand authority and visibility.

About the Role

This is a senior content ownership role, not just writing.

You will manage content end-to-end planning, co-creation, quality control, delivery speed, and systems.

Your main responsibility:

No content should get stuck. Everything assigned should be delivered within 24 hours.

What You Will Do

Own and manage the full content workflow

Co-create content with freelance writers

Manage and guide multiple freelance content writers

Review and edit content for quality, tone, and SEO fit

Ensure guest post and link placement content is editor-ready

Create and maintain SOPs for content writing and reviews

Build training materials for freelance writers

Onboard and train new writers using clear systems

Manage and improve existing AI content agents

Help design new AI agents as needed

Coordinate daily with the link building team on priorities

Plan content order to avoid delivery delays

Ensure content turnaround within 24 hours

SEO & Content Skills Required

You must clearly understand:

Guest post and link insertion content

Contextual link placement

Anchor text usage and safety

Titles, meta descriptions, and headings

Internal and external linking logic

How content supports link building campaigns

Agency experience is a big plus.
