Role Overview
The Content Trainee will support the content and marketing team by researching topics, creating basic content drafts, editing documents, and contributing to creative projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in content writing, digital marketing, or communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Research topics and develop content outlines
- Draft blogs, articles, social media posts, web copy, and marketing content
- Assist in proofreading, editing, and improving existing content
- Understand brand voice and apply it consistently across content
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams
- Support SEO-driven content development (training will be provided)
- Maintain documentation and follow content calendars
- Take feedback and refine content to meet quality standards
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Basic understanding of grammar and writing structure
- Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Ability to research and summarize information
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Docs
- Bonus: Interest in digital marketing, SEO, storytelling, or social media
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or any relevant field
- UG/PG Freshers and final-year students are welcome
