Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in content writing, technical writing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise documentation for technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent research skills and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
