We're looking for a Content Lead who can turn ideas into powerful narratives, lead a team, and bring brand experiences to life through words.

What you'll do:

Lead and mentor a team of copywriters

Craft compelling storylines, scripts, and pitch narratives

Drive content strategy for experiential campaigns, corporate events & brand activations

Translate client briefs into engaging, idea-led communication

Collaborate with design, strategy & client teams to create cohesive experiences

Define brand voice, tonality, and messaging frameworks

Present ideas that win pitches and impress clients

You'll be a great fit if you:

Have 810 years of experience in content/copy (events, experiential preferred)

Have prior experience in handling or mentoring a team

Think in ideas, not just words

Can write for everything from PPT decks to stage scripts to social media

Are confident presenting your ideas to clients

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy agency environment
