About the Role
The Content Marketing Lead within the Marketing and Corporate Communication (MCC) department, is a strategic role focused on creating and executing a holistic content strategy that drives brand visibility and engagement across all platforms. This individual will work closely with marketing leadership and business teams to develop content that resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining technical accuracy and a consistent brand voice.
The role demands a strong understanding of financial services, market dynamics, and technical terminology, combined with creativity and analytical thinking to craft compelling narratives for multiple channels and formats. The ideal candidate will ensure content aligns with business objectives, supports thought leadership, and leverages emerging technologies for desirable impact.
Key Role Deliverables
▪ Own and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with TresVista's brand positioning and business objectives
▪ Establish a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels and formats
▪ Build a scalable content framework that drives engagement across the full buyer journey (awareness, consideration, conversion)
▪ Strengthen TresVista's thought leadership presence through high-impact content initiatives
▪ Define and monitor content KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
Operational Responsibilities
▪ Develop and own a comprehensive B2B content strategy that ensures brand consistency and credibility across all communication, aligning with positioning, business goals, and demand generation while accurately reflecting financial services insights, terminology, regulations, and industry nuances
▪ Build a full-funnel content engine (awareness, consideration, conversion) and lead strategic programs such as podcasts, thought leadership series, customer testimonials, and case studies to drive engagement and authority
▪ Define content KPIs, track performance, and optimize continuously using data-driven insights to maximize impact across channels
▪ Oversee planning, creation, and quality of multi-format content including podcasts, videos, client testimonials, whitepapers, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, blogs, guides, and reports
▪ Collaborate cross-functionally with the Management, Sales, Product, and client success teams to extract insights, craft compelling narratives, and showcase value, while coordinating with designers, video editors, production teams, and external agencies to deliver high-quality assets
▪ Train and guide the marketing team on messaging, storytelling, and communication standards to ensure consistency and impact across all content and campaigns
▪ Build and strengthen the company's thought leadership presence across all channels by creating high-impact content that showcases industry expertise, customer success stories, and innovation
▪ Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes impacting content and distribution
▪ Integrate AI tools for personalization, predictive analytics, and workflow efficiency
Prerequisites
▪ Proven track record with documented B2B case studies demonstrating measurable impact on growth, brand authority, and lead quality
▪ Deep understanding of financial services (fintech, NBFCs, investment, wealth management, banking, or related areas) with ability to simplify complex concepts for senior decision-makers
▪ Expertise in multi-format content creation and oversight, including podcasts, testimonial videos, long-form articles, and integrated storytelling across channels
▪ Exceptional writing, editing, research, and storytelling skills, with strong interviewing and narrative-building capabilities for thought leadership and testimonials
▪ Ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and collaborate effectively with leadership
▪ Proficiency in defining KPIs, measuring performance, and optimizing strategies using data-driven insights
▪ Familiarity with digital marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, SEO principles, and content analytics
▪ Awareness of AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies
▪ Creative mindset combined with strategic thinking and experience working closely with leadership teams
Experience
8+ years in content strategy, content marketing, or brand communication in a B2B environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field and Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) with a specialization in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Business Communication.
Compensation
The compensation structure will be as per industry standards.
