Role Overview

We are looking for a Content & Strategy Executive who can bridge the gap between content, creativity, and performance.

This role is not limited to writing—it requires strategic thinking, platform understanding, and performance alignment to create content that drives engagement, traffic, and conversions.

You will be responsible for building high-converting content architecture across platforms, ensuring every output aligns with brand positioning and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy

a. Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand and business goals

b. Develop platform-first strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

c. Ideate campaign themes, content buckets, and storytelling formats

2. Copy & Messaging

a. Write captions for social media and ad creatives

b. Develop hooks, headlines, and CTAs

c. Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms

3. Creative Direction

a. Brief designers with clear content intent and messaging direction

b. Suggest visual concepts, layouts, and formats

c. Ensure content is scroll-stopping and insight-led

4. Content Execution

a. Manage post sequencing and storytelling flow

b. Coordinate scheduling and publishing

c. Optimise captions, hashtags, and content structure

5. Performance Thinking

a. Identify high-performing content patterns

b. Suggest improvements based on data and insights

c. Align organic content with performance marketing campaigns

6. Long-Form Content

a. Write SEO-aligned blogs and articles

b. Develop website content (landing pages, service pages)

c. Create case studies and brand storytelling assets

d. Draft emailers and newsletters

e. Ensures SEO visibility + brand authority building

7. Reporting & Insights

a. Prepare monthly content performance reports

b. Analyse metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR

c. Provide insight-driven recommendations

d. Support Account Managers in client review presentations

e. Moves role from execution → strategic ownership

8. Research & Trends

a. Conduct competitor content analysis

b. Track platform trends (Reels, formats, hooks)

c. Generate industry-relevant content ideas

9. Client Alignment

a. Coordinate with Account Managers for approvals and feedback

b. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

c. Adapt strategies based on client objectives and performance

Skills & Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in content strategy / copywriting / social media

• Strong understanding of:

o Social media platforms

o Content formats and trends

o Basic performance marketing concepts

• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills

• Ability to think strategically, not just creatively

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword integration

Good to Have (Plus Point)

• Experience in agency or consulting environment

• Basic understanding of analytics tools and reporting

• Exposure to ad copy and performance campaigns
