Job Description

We are hiring a Corporate Content Strategist to own and continuously evolve the strategic narrative of thinkbridge. You are responsible for ensuring our corporate website and digital presence accurately reflect our capabilities, credibility, innovation velocity, thinking, and culture.

You operate as:

  • An internal journalist extracting insight from leadership and delivery teams
  • A strategic narrative architect shaping market-facing positioning
  • An AI-enabled content operator using LLMs for scale and speed
  • A website product owner leading a focused execution squad

You will lead a dedicated Web Squad consisting of a Graphic Designer and a Web flow Developer. Together, you will transform internal intelligence into a sharp, high-credibility digital experience. It is a strategic ownership role with execution authority

Experience Level: Mid-Level Website Content Specialist (5+ years) to own and evolve the strategic narrative of thinkbridge across its website and digital presence. You will drive insight-led positioning, AI-enabled content execution, and lead a Web Squad (Designer + Web flow Developer) to deliver a sharp, high-credibility digital experience with execution authority.

What is expected out of you

As a part of this Job

Strategic Narrative Ownership

  • Define and maintain thinkbridge's messaging architecture.
  • Translate executive vision, technical depth, and consulting philosophy into differentiated positioning.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and credibility across all web properties.
  • Align website messaging with sales strategy, innovation priorities, and consulting frameworks.
  • Ensure the brand reflects our core values in substance, not slogans

Internal Knowledge Extraction

  • Conduct structured extraction interviews with executives, consultants, engineers, and product leaders.
  • identify differentiators, proprietary methods, frameworks, and proof points.
  • Capture evolving service lines, AI innovation breakthroughs, and delivery capabilities. Convert institutional knowledge into structured, market-ready content assets

Website Product Ownership

  • Act as Product Owner for the corporate website.
  • Define content roadmap and sprint priorities.
  • Brief and manage the Graphic Designer and Webflow Developer.
  • Translate narrative strategy into design and build requirements.
  • Ensure rapid iteration cycles with high quality standards

AI-Augmented Content Execution

  • Use LLMs and modern AI tools as core drafting infrastructure.
  • Apply structured thinking, strategic judgment, and editorial rigor to AI outputs.
  • Build repeatable workflows that enable scale without dilution of credibility.
  • Continuously refine AI-assisted production systems for speed and quality.

Digital Presence Governance

  • Ensure services, case studies, insights, and culture pages remain current and accurate.
  • Prevent narrative drift as business units evolve.
  • Establish structured review cadence and refresh cycles.
  • Conduct periodic digital audits to maintain clarity, relevance, and authority

A Day in the Life

Daily

  • Conduct internal interviews or review updates from sales and delivery teams.
  • Draft or refine website content using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Brief Designer and Developer on new builds or updates.
  • Review live pages for clarity, positioning strength, and differentiation.
  • Manage sprint board and execution priorities.

Weekly

  • Run Web Squad sprint planning and review.
  • Publish or update at least one significant content asset.
  • Conduct one deep extraction interview with leadership or delivery leads.
  • Audit a core website section for strategic alignment.
  • Align with leadership on upcoming initiatives or capability shifts.

Monthly

  • Refresh priority service pages to reflect evolving offerings.
  • Publish one flagship thought leadership or insight-driven piece.
  • Audit case studies for proof strength and clarity.
  • Present narrative updates and strategic observations to leadership.

Annual

  • Lead a comprehensive website narrative reset aligned to company strategy.
  • Re-architect messaging hierarchy as service lines or priorities evolve.
  • Define annual digital narrative roadmap.
  • Upgrade AI-enabled content systems to improve efficiency and impact

Requirements:

Must have skills:

  • 510+ years in corporate communications, content strategy, brand strategy, consulting, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience in technology, software, AI, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical material into structured, market-ready messaging.
  • Experience managing cross-functional collaborators (design, development, strategy).
  • Strong structured thinking, editorial discipline, and execution of ownership.

Good to have skills:

  • Direct experience using LLMs and AI tools for content production.
  • Familiarity with Web flow or modern CMS platforms.
  • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-moving organizations.
  • Experience interviewing senior executives and synthesizing strategic insight
