Content Strategist | Work From Office - Bangalore

2-4 years of experience | 6-day work week | JP Nagar, on-site

If you've ever looked at a brand's page and known exactly how you'd grow it, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

- Plan monthly content strategy for brands, our own IPs like What The Bengaluru, and TOA's agency content

- Write scripts, hooks and captions that keep people watching

- Brief the editing team on your vision for every video

- Be part of shoots and get what the content needs

- Manage the content calendar and posting

- Track what's working, and keep trying new things

Who You Are:

- You love organic content and want to build social presence that grows fast

- You live on social media and know what's happening, what's trending and what just changed

- You're a strong storyteller who writes scripts people can't scroll past

- You know what works and what doesn't, and you act on it without being told

- You have 2-4 years of experience and can show us your work

Bonus:

- Agency experience

- Familiarity with Bangalore's culture and online conversations

- Ability to speak or write Kannada

The Real Talk

6-day work week, on-site at JP Nagar, and you bring your own laptop. If that doesn't work for you, this role won't either. If you're not in Bangalore, you'll need to relocate.
