What You'll Do
- Write exceptional scripts and hooks
- Own the content calendar and publishing
- Understand social media algorithms deeply
- Work closely with editors and creators
- Study content performance and continuously improve
- Build AI-first workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and NotebookLM

- Understands Instagram and YouTube deeply
- Is hands-on, fast and execution-oriented
- Thinks like an owner, not a coordinator
- Is AI-forward
- Has preferably scaled social media pages to 50K+ followers
