About The Role
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can own and drive content direction, not just execution.
As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for building high-impact social media strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding content teams to execute campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and brand positioning.
This role is ideal for someone who understands audience psychology, platform algorithms, and viral frameworks, and can translate insights into scalable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead end-to-end content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
- Define content direction, themes, and campaign ideas across platforms
- Work closely with designers, editors, and social media teams to guide execution
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy based on data insights
- Identify growth opportunities, trends, and viral formats across platforms
- Build content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and distribution strategies
- Collaborate with clients to understand brand voice, positioning, and target audience
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility
- Stay updated with trends in AI, Crypto, Web3, Gaming, and startup ecosystems
- Experiment with new formats, growth hacks, and content frameworks
What We're Looking For
- 14 years of experience in Content Strategy / Social Media Strategy
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
- Proven ability to plan and scale content strategies
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
- Experience working with creative teams (designers, editors, etc.)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in AI, Crypto, Web3, or Gaming is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
