Content Strategist Social Media & Creative

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist who can turn ideas into engaging social media content and take ownership of the content journey—from concept and strategy to shoot coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop creative and engaging social media content strategies for our school brands.
• Ideate and plan Reels, short-form videos, campaigns, stories and other social media content.
• Develop concepts, hooks, scripts and basic storyboards for shoots.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors and school teams to execute content.
• Be present and actively coordinate during shoots and school events.
• Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them creatively for the education space.
• Ensure content reflects the school's brand identity, values and communication style.
• Plan content for KR Mangalam Group of Schools.

What We're Looking For-

• 3–6 years of experience in Content Strategy, Creative Strategy, social media, Content Production or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube and short-form video content.
• Excellent creative thinking, storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience in shoot planning/coordination and working with creative teams.
• A strong understanding of what makes content engaging, relatable and shareable.
• Candidates from education sector are encouraged to apply.
• Portfolio of social media/content work is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to our Gurugram and Vaishali schools for shoots/events.
