From our factory floors to the streets where skaters ride, we are telling stories that combine craftsmanship, community, and the skate lifestyle. We are looking for someone who can turn our story into content that excites, educates, and inspires.
Role:
We are looking for a creative thinker who can own content ideation, storytelling, and creative direction for our social media and digital presence. You will work closely with the founder, videographers, and editors to craft content that builds our brand and engages the skateboarding community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop weekly/monthly content calendars with fresh, original ideas
- Create reel, video, and carousel concepts for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Write scripts, hooks, and captions that resonate with the skate culture audience
- Translate manufacturing, product, and community stories into engaging content formats
- Research trends and identify viral content opportunities
- Collaborate with videographers, editors, and designers to bring ideas to life
- Track performance and optimize content strategy
Requirements:
- 25 years experience in content strategy, creative direction, or brand storytelling
- Strong portfolio of social media content or campaigns
- Exceptional creative writing and ideation skills
- Understanding of short-form video trends (Reels, Shorts, etc.,)
- Passion for skateboarding, street culture, or lifestyle brands is a big plus
- Ability to think beyond posts, and craft a long-term brand narrative
Bonus Skills:
- Basic knowledge of analytics to measure content impact
- Experience in community building
- Familiarity with motion graphics or editing tools
