Content Strategist

About the job

We're looking for a Content Strategist who understands content, structure, and intent. Someone who can think beyond posts, plan narratives, build content systems, and align everything with brand direction and growth goals.

If you enjoy planning content at a deeper level, building strategies, identifying what works (and why), and guiding execution, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Build content strategy for brands across platforms (Instagram-first)
• Plan monthly content direction, themes, and narratives
• Create content buckets, hooks, and campaign ideas
• Guide designers, interns, and editors with clear direction
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and business goals
• Analyze performance and refine strategy based on insights
• Identify trends and translate them into brand-relevant content
• Work closely with the founder on high-level creative direction
• Support campaign ideation, launches, and storytelling

Who We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in content strategy/social media strategy

Strong understanding of content, storytelling, and brand positioning

Ability to think in systems - not just individual posts

Clear writing and idea articulation skills

Good understanding of internet culture and trends

Strong observation and analytical mindset

Comfortable giving direction and feedback to teams

Ownership mindset - thinks beyond assigned tasks

Tools / Skills

Content planning & strategy

Copywriting (hooks, storytelling, structure)

Understanding of Instagram & content formats

Analytics & performance tracking

Google Docs/Sheets/Notion

Strong communication & creative thinking
