We're now looking for a Marketing Account Manager who can own client relationships, drive internal coordination, and keep campaigns moving smoothly end-to-end.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Strategist who will be the central point of contact between clients and internal teams. This person will:
- Oversee the day-to-day work of team members
- Manage daily tasks and timelines
- Sit in on client meetings and lead communications
- Coordinate with the design team, ads team, and marketing reps
- Allocate tasks internally and ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with the founders on pitches, strategies, and campaign presentations
You're the person who keeps everything (and everyone) on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Attend and lead client meetings, understand requirements, set expectations, and translate them into clear internal briefs.
- Plan and track daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for the internal team (design, ads, content/marketing reps).
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives, ads team for performance campaigns, and marketing reps for execution and follow-ups.
- Allocate and prioritise tasks internally to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Review deliverables before they go to the client to ensure quality, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Support in building and presenting decks, pitches, and strategy documents for new and existing clients.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns and projects, flag gaps, and ensure corrective action with the respective teams.
- Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and status reports for internal and client visibility.
- Work closely with leadership to improve processes, communication flows, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 1+ years of experience in account management/client servicing/marketing coordination in an agency or similar setup.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal, with the ability to handle client calls, meetings, and feedback confidently.
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills; you enjoy planning, tracking, and getting things done on time.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, design workflows, performance ads) to communicate effectively with teams and clients.
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets/Docs, PPT, task management tools and reporting.
- Ability to multitask across multiple brands and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
- Problem-solving mindset, ownership attitude, and comfort working in a fast-paced, growing agency.
