Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategist defines how AI powered products speak guide and support people across digital moments
You will create content systems conversation models and prompt patterns that help our experiences feel clear caring and consistent with the client brand
You will partner across design product engineering VoC and traditional banking LOBs
Your work will help our AI systems better understand user intent organize knowledge and respond in ways that are useful transparent and easy to trust
