Role Description

Protouch is seeking a full-time Content Strategist to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that strengthen brand storytelling and drive customer engagement across digital touchpoints. This role involves planning and creating compelling content for websites, product pages, blogs, emailers, social media, performance campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, content trends, and brand communication. They will work closely with the marketing, design, performance, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistency in brand voice and deliver impactful content that supports business objectives and enhances the customer journey.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in content strategy, content planning, and copywriting.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with D2C brands, especially in personal care, beauty, or skincare, is a strong plus.
  • Strong command of English with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to create and manage content across multiple formats, including websites, blogs, product descriptions, social media, ad copies, emailers, and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand tone, consumer psychology, and content marketing principles.
  • Ability to conduct research, generate creative ideas, and adapt content based on trends and audience insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimization best practices.
  • Knowledge of content performance metrics and analytics is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
