About the role:-
We are looking for a Content Strategist Performance Creatives with hands-on experience in an agency setup, who understands how content drives performance. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating and optimizing digital content that directly contributes to driving sales to Client's website conversions, and ROI across paid media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop performance-driven content strategies aligned with client KPIs such as conversions, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Create and optimize content for paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Design, and Client Servicing teams to deliver high-performing creatives.
- Write and guide copies for ads, landing pages, product listings, banners, and performance creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, hooks, headlines, CTAs, and messaging frameworks.
- Analyze campaign performance and refine content based on insights and data.
- Understand different client categories and tailor messaging accordingly for performance outcomes.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand tone while being conversion-focused.
- Manage multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Skills:-
- 23 years of experience as a Content Strategist / Performance Copywriter in a digital or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how content impacts them.
- Proven experience in writing content for paid ads and conversion-focused assets.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with speed and accuracy.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines.
